On Wednesday July 13, 2011 The Acme Group is holding an event at the Hillsdale City Hall at 1 PM to announce the opening of their newest company, Fairway Innovations. Fairway Innovations is a creative center for inventors and inventions. Their single focus is taking inventors and their ideas and helping them produce a product.

Fairway Innovations can prototype, manufacture and market ideas or products, assist in finding appropriate sales channels as well as point the inventor toward the right direction to find financing for their domestically manufactured project. All off this will take place within Michigan, centered in Hillsdale County.

“How can we keep Michigan manufacturing new and exciting products and how do we ‘pay it forward’?” That was the question President Steven Firavich asked this winter. “We are constantly approached by individuals who have a great idea and would like to manufacture a new product but don’t have the where-with-all to get it started. Acme has the ability and desire to make it happen. Our goal is to make doing business here in Michigan as easy and profitable as possible.”

Fairway Innovations isn’t just about helping inventors. They are also helping other local manufactures who will share the workload and profitability. Fairway Innovations is presenting manufacturers with new leads and projects. Working together with the Hillsdale County Economic Development Council, Fairway Innovation has been targeting manufacturers to become approved feature vendors and is already working with inventors, including one from China.

Fairway Innovations driving goal is to spur manufacturing in Michigan. They also want to maintain the development of new inventions right here in the United States; train the next generation in high-paying manufacturing jobs; and support our featured vendors with new profitable business opportunities.

Fairway Innovations will also give back to the community through local, state, national and even international philanthropic organizations.
