ONGOING QUALITY CONTROL: The approved supplier(s) involved in the production of this product shall have a documented quality control plan on file which demonstrates that statistical process controls and other quality techniques are being utilized to control variation within the process.
No changes shall be made to the processes or materials which deviate from the approved criteria unless prior authorization is received from Acme Mills. All requests for process or material changes must be made in writing to the Purchasing Department of Acme Mills Company prior to implementation. All requests will be referred to the affected customer(s) for approval.
Acme Mills makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the product furnished hereunder other than it shall be of the quality and specifications stated herein. Any implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose is expressly excluded and, to the extent that it is contrary to the foregoing statement, any implied warranty of merchantability is expressly excluded. Any recommendations made by Acme Mills concerning uses or applications of said product are believed reliable and Acme Mills makes no warranty of results to be obtained.
This Material Standard supersedes all previous Standards for this product and is subject to change as noted in the ONGOING QUALITY CONTROL notice.
